return policy adjustments:

due to the specialized nature of our products and our status as a small business, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped. this policy is in place to ensure the utmost in product integrity and to support our efforts in providing high-quality skincare solutions. we appreciate your understanding that once a product is in your care, it cannot be returned to us.

no refunds for personal dislike or incompatibility:
