let’s get personal!

as an entrepreneur, I sometimes feel pressure to appear as if skincare is my life and that’s why you should trust my brand. the reality is, build (skincare) only makes up a fraction of who I am. I decided instead of diving deeper into what I studied in university and my industry experience, I’d just tell you some random facts about myself. maybe we'll have something in common!

10 (random) facts about the owner & founder:

1: I’m mixed-race. my mother immigrated to Canada from Haiti and my father is Irish descent

2: I have a younger brother and an older sister

3: I worked as a barista for over 5 years and loved it

4: I don’t have a drivers license

5: I’m not vegan but I don’t eat dairy or eggs

6: I’m a nail biter

7: I take medication for anxiety

8: I love to sing and I’m constantly doing it. I’d rate my singing ability a solid 6/10

9: I’ve cut my own hair for the past 10 years

10: I love reality TV, especially the Real Housewives franchise and Drag Race
